Our experience is that attorneys practicing in all the various specializations within the legal profession have a common need to locate the current whereabouts of witnesses, and at times, the parties to their cases.

There are two kinds of locates to be found; those who intentionally don't want to be found, and those who don't realize someone is looking for them. Either way, with the assistance of a professional private investigator, they can usually be found. Some locates are intentionally living in an underground semi-anonymous life style. Perhaps they are even living under an alias name and have assumed a false identity. They often can be found. The unintentionally lost can simply be lost to time. Career opportunities and name changes resulting from marriage and divorce can make it seem as though someone has completely vanished. They too may be located. After an initial interview, with a seeming minimal amount of information about the missing person or locate, KHutch Investigations can launch an investigation into the whereabouts of your subject.

We will conduct a through database search to locate the most preliminary information available. Information can include current or previous residences, voter registration, social security number, last or current phone number, acquaintances, motor vehicles and other pertinent information. We also have access to overseas searches to help assist in locating persons or businesses. These databases are available only to private investigators and law enforcement providing affordable and effective locates.

Skiptracing is an investigative process that, in addition to database research, often involves contacts with former neighbors, employers or others in order to confirm a valid address for the witness. At KHutch Investigations, we are constantly perfecting this process in order to give our law firm clients the most up to date address information possible.
